The 2ChooseLove brand wants you to experiment and enjoy your personal moments. Given the intimate nature of our products, for health and safety reasons, weare unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased, unless there is a manufacturer defect.

If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item.

Please be advised that once payment has been processed, an order cannot be cancelled.

HOW TO REPORT A DEFECTIVE/DIFFERENT PRODUCT

Step 1

Email us at sales@2chooselove.com if you have received a defective/different product with proof of purchase, photographs and a description of the problem.

Step 2

A customer service representative will contact you. Please do not send us the defective product for hygienic reasons.

Step 3

The claim will be reviewed and a new product will be sent immediately. We do not offer refunds. Any shipping or taxes will be paid by the receiver.
